The series has only just returned for its sixth (but final) season, and already the end is set in stone.
Of the season, at least.
Executive producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse have confirmed that the series finale for "Lost" will air on May 23, meaning that the show will change timeslots for its last adventure. What does this mean? Well, the scheduling of the finale allows the Alphabet Network to create an entire evening of programming around the event before the show goes off the air.
Prior to the two-part conclusion airing, ABC will broadcast a one-hour special recap show designed to clue-up all viewers before the curtain finally closes.
