Koenig Parents Make Heartfelt Plea For News Of Their Son
They only want to know he's OK and that he's safe
After numerous pleas, actor and comedian, Andrew Koenig - the son of "Star Trek's" Walter Koenig - remains unaccounted for.
The younger Koenig, who may be more familiar as Boner from "Growing Pains," has been missing since Valentines Days after he stopped taking anti-depression medication. He was last seen visiting friends in Vancouver, British Columbia but failed to board his flight back to the U.S., spurring on a police-led search.
"I just want to know you're OK," Walter Koenig, said during a televised news conference. "If it means you just want to stay here, that's OK. You don't have to come back. Just let us know that's your intention."
Police have already searched his favorite locations from when the actor lived in the Canadian city during the early 90's but have failed to turn up any trace.
