'Leverage' Cast Teases Upcoming Episodes
Wheaton will return to series and fans should expect one heck of a finale
The stars of TNTs Leverage marked their first trip to San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday morning with crowd-pleasing spoilers.
Co-creator Chris Downey, Timothy Hutton, Christian Kane, Beth Riesgraf, and Aldis Hodge shared the stage with Leverage guest star and Comic-Con favorite, Wil Wheaton.
Wheaton, who is best known for his role of Wesley Crusher on "Star Trek The Next Generation," told fans that they can look forward to seeing him again in the series for a festive themed episode. The outing will be titled The Ho Ho Ho Job and Wheaton said he was asked to come and be the Grinch who stole Christmas.
Creator and producer Chris Downey also shared some of what viewers will find during the summer episodes. One arc comes to an explosive finale, he teased. There will be a NASCAR-themed episode. And viewers will meet Nate Fords father, shining some further light on the character. Youre going to find out how Nate became who he is.
We have an episode where you discover ... that the team tried to steal the same thing years ago," he teased. "They all met but didnt realize it. You get to see everyones version of what happened, and then you find out what really happened.
Fans wanted to know what the actors thought about Comic-Con on their first visit; Beth Riesgraf, who plays Parker, showed why its a good thing that their Leverage characters arent real.
